Time flies, have being more then 10 month from the last update.Many thing have happen within these period of month.

I have done my part in doin the thing i belive i should have done. What left no is to go when i'm on the peak of my life.

The sho have to go on, i told my self not to behold of the thing given to my. I shoul let go.

10 year down the road i will not be who i am and i believe the world wait for no one.

Next step in life is to get my degree and do the thing i love to do.

Time fly fast i have pass my probation with out any problem.

WQas invite to dinner and dance by DSOT sister, was so happy XD get to go for D&D for first time.

New bike

^_^ after my painful lost of my belove hasa 1.0 ,i was lucky to get a hasa T9 from a online ads.The seller lawrance, is a super friend guy>Not only that ,he is very knowledge of the bike he is selling to me.He guide me bit by bit of each feature of the bike and taught me many other thing.

At the start i was vary of the price he offer me, $238, is super cheap for the bike however he did not take out or downgrade the bike. Really a serious seller.

Here are few photo i took while travel on the bike, don't dare to speed as they bike gain momentum very fast,need time to get use to it.

went of fresh man orientation( or new working orientation)got a over view of the workplace. I can tell you if my banking job is good, this hospital is GREAT. they really do what they say ,even the CEO came down to talk to us( for 3.5 hr) his spech really touch down to my heart, he is not a NATO he really do what he say and crete a very healthy lifestyle for us.

He encourge us to read as it help to saw our mind and don age too fast :X create lot of event they increase our bonding. This is just like a big family. they not only want you to work, they wwant us to enjoy what we are doing. The 7 habit is one of the book he encouge us to read. Although i just got a over view of it thanks to my boss andy :D hoever i really understand why they want us to read it.

ONDON, England (CNN) -- Hannah Clark is a 16-year-old with a shy laugh and a love of animals. She likes to go shopping with friends and dreams of a career working with children.

Teenager Hannah Clark's heart has healed itself more than a decade after she received a donor heart.

But Hannah Clark is no ordinary teenager and her normal life today could not have been possible without a unique, life-changing heart surgery.

In 1994 when she was eight-months-old, Hannah was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy -- an inflammation of the heart muscle that impairs the heart's ability to work properly.

Hannah's heart was failing and she needed a transplant. But instead of taking her own heart out, doctors added a new donated heart to her own when she was just two-years-old.

The so-called "piggyback" operation allowed the donor heart to do the work while Hannah's heart rested.

But Hannah was not in the clear yet. As with any organ transplant, Hannah's body was likely to reject her new heart and she had to take powerful immune suppression drugs.

Those drugs allowed her body to accept the donor heart but also led to cancer and yet another medical battle for Hannah that lasted for years.

Nearly 11 years after receiving the extra heart, there was more bad news: The immuno-suppression drugs were no longer working. Hannah's body was rejecting the donor heart.

In February 2006, her doctors tried something that had never been done before: They took out the donor heart. Doctors theorized that the donor heart had allowed Hannah's heart to rest, recover and grow back stronger.

Now for the first time Hannah's father, Paul Clark, describes the agonizing decision the family had to make at the time: "If she'd never had it done, she wouldn't be here. Watch a report about Hannah's amazing recovery »

"In the very beginning it was a 50/50 chance she wasn't going to make the operation. But in the next one it was even greater because it had never been done before. But we had to take that risk," he told CNN.

The doctors were right. Three years later, Hannah has no need for any drugs and has been given a clean bill of health. The operation was a success.

"It means everything to me," Hannah told CNN after the pioneering operation. "I thought I'd still have problems when I had this operation done. I thought after the heart had been removed I thought I'd have to visit hospitals. But now I'm just free," she said, smiling.

Dr. Magdi Yacoub performed Hannah's original transplant and came out of retirement to perform the second.

"The possibility of recovery of the heart is just like magic." Dr. Yacoub said at a media conference. "[We had] a heart which was not contracting at all at the time. We put the new heart to be pumping next to it and take its work, now [it] is functioning normally."

The findings have been published in the British medical journal, the Lancet.

Hannah's amazing recovery would not have been possible without a donor. Both Hannah's doctors and her family made an appeal for more people to consider organ donation.

"When it happens to someone close to you or yourself, you don't realize until then how important it is to be a donor and not to be selfish like, I need that part. You don't need that part. Give it to somebody else that needs it," said Clark.

"It just proves that if you can, be a donor. This can happen."

Dr. Yacoub now advocates "presumed consent" -- a policy by which anyone can be considered an organ donor unless they specifically request to opt out.

"All you are asking is please make up your own mind. Do you or do you not want to be a donor? My own family, my kids, everybody wants to be a donor. But if you don't, then say so," he said.

"Just please tell us what you want to do. So, presumed consent is a good thing."

Hannah has made a full recovery and looks forward to doing what many teenagers do during the summer holidays: Work at a summer job. Her family jokes that it's difficult to keep her from racing out the door now that she has so much energy.
For Hannah, it took the strength of two to help heal a broken heart, something she could have never done alone

Finally got my chance to test my new bicycle .At the start i have problem unfolding it,after some practice i can do it within 20s XD.

The bike is damn slim and wight only less than 6 kg (5.6kg)

So i went out to test ride it. At the strt face some problem, i never know the tires air pressure was not high enough(hey deflat it so it don't bust in airplane :X difference in air pressure in sky :D . So no choose got to order a air pump :"( got to wait another day.

The Folk at the hongkong A-bike store is very fast, the day i order the very next day the air pump arrive at my door step. When i back home after my work and more over is friday i turn to be a spoilt kid, throw my bag on the floor and direct go play with the bike. Ride from my house to the bu interchange took less than 5 min .Compare to my morning walk 15-20 minute that was around 3 time faster.

Over all i feel A-bike is orth the money (339 usd) within a year i can cover back my lost on waiting for myfeeder bus to go to the station and save time if i plan not to take. XD

WIll post more of my experiance riding the bike.

Went to gamecore to meet up ith buddy. stone around for a hile before gonig to Cathay to watch Terminator Salvation over all i think the movie is good not great but not so bad , is just the use of CG make the movie dull. Maybe not big fan of robots.

After that went to eat dinner . Walk past a new shopping centre . Super big. every level have their own unquie design very cool but most outlet are not open yet, the highest we go was level 8 :X there B&J ice cream too

First thing i did during saturday morning was giving a phone call to my buddy who just came back from brunei for his JCC. Meet up with him for lunch and move. Jungle Confidence Course (JCC) really make him slim down alot, ha:X maybe wrong work to use 'slim' whatever~,~ .

We went to leuma at bugis, leuma is a new shopping centre at bugis, which i did my sims 3 launch. the place is cold, Out side is way too hot . Walk around and went to book fo movie tickets ' night at museum 2'.Personally i feel the movie is very good compare to the firt one. Maybe more action? there quite a number of part i like ,was way too funny.

Before i forget the arcade over there is big too ,alot of new games and titles.

Over all enjoy that day same go for my wallet big big hole :X

Went help out in the Sim 3 launch, arrive at 9.45 am was so shock there already people Q-up at the booth for their game(more for the shirt ).The event start at 2 pm yet they came more early than me =.=!.

Whole event was a success have some funny moment,Some who got the shirt want the hair band with a corn shape logo, some with the hair band want the shirt.~,~ was speechless when one person ask my friend to trade his shirt for other item. We told them our shirt got our smell yet they don't mind.

Overall is fun helping out at the launch ,next pray for success for my interview :X

MORE than 250,000 gaming enthusiasts thronged one of the biggest gaming and electronics fairs, Licence2Play, which was held over three days from last Friday.

After several days of gaming and cyberwellness talks, fans of the popular role-playing game MapleStory got to attend the official launch of its second episode yesterday at the Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre. They also picked up goodies such as in-game vouchers which they can use to buy decorative items in the game.

Student Patricia Eng, 16, had been trying to download the latest edition of MapleStory since last Wednesday, but managed to get it done only last Friday due to the huge number of people logging on.

At the fair, she bought two limited edition prepaid cards, which translate to virtual cash in the game. 'I'm very excited about Episode 2. It's now easier for me to kill monsters and complete quests.'

A MapleStory charity auction, where gamers placed bids to win five in-game weapons, also raised $18,230 for charity.

The money raised will be split equally between The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund and the Muscular Dystrophy Association (Singapore).

A director of a construction company, who wanted to be known only as Mr Yeo, 39, placed the highest bid of $6,950 to win a Dragon Purple Sleeve, a MapleStory in-game weapon, for his 13-year-old son. 'Any parent would do the same for their son as long as it's within their ability,' he said.

The first Licence2Play was organised by Sphere Exhibits, the lifestyle events arm of Singapore Press Holdings. Asiasoft GameFest 09 organised the MapleStory Episode 2 launch, auction and various other game tournaments.

Sphere Exhibits executive director Chua Wee Phong said the event gave parents a chance to gain an insight into their children's interests. 'Parents see that gaming is actually not as bad as they perceive it to be if it is done right. It is a very different world today and we must have outlets for these kids to have fun.'

Level-headed approach best way to avoid 'promotion depression'

I wonder how many of you have heard of the word "promotion depression." Let's say a company employee got promoted, and he and the people around him were very excited. Once he started his new position, however, he could not do his work in the way he had anticipated. He then lost his appetite and could not help sighing. By the time he realized it, he was already in a state of depression. This is a specific example of promotion depression.

Promotion depression is thought to be common especially among Japanese who are serious-minded and who have a strong sense of responsibility.

For example, the sort of person who says during his speech at a party celebrating his promotion something like, "I sincerely appreciate your support, and I am even more prepared to sacrifice myself for ...," could easily fall into depression because he puts too much pressure on himself and wastes his mental energy.

Meanwhile, a self-admirer who explodes with joy after getting promoted rather than realizes his responsibility, like some characters in movies, is believed to be less likely to fall into promotion depression.

Even in today's Japan, the population of self-centered people has increased, while there have been less promotion depression sufferers.

However, I recently saw new "progression disease" cases. To cite an example, let's look at a person who was promoted from section chief to division chief. I will call him "Mr. P."

Mr. P was happy with his promotion because he thought it was a prize for his efforts and abilities. He knew he would be treated way better in his company once he got a higher position. He felt like all the female employees were admiring him. At meetings, Mr. P confidently discussed with management executives, and sometimes he even argued them down.

Mr. P started to act big as if the whole world was revolving around him. He spoke abusively to his boss and repeatedly harassed his female coworkers with sexual comments.

At this stage, Mr. P was totally in a manic state. He fell not into promotion depression but into "promotion mania."

Fortunately, Mr. P's family noticed his unusual behavior and recommended he go see a doctor as soon as possible. Mr. P managed to start receiving treatment before any major problems occurred at the company. He got better after a while, but he might have ended up quitting the company if he had not recovered.

Thus, you had better not feel too much pressure from your promotion, but it is also dangerous to get overly excited and to flatter yourself. I would say that it is always best to keep yourself level-headed as much as possible. (By Rika Kayama, psychiatrist) - Mainichi Japan

Ha... have not being blogging for the pass 1 week, was kinda buzy with the side job,.Now if you ask me which part of singapore is hardest to go ,i can easily answer you :X that if only you live in the north,'parkway parade' to me is the hardest place to visit :X took me whole 2 hour ,change bus and train an bus just to get there.

Well thanks to this side job, now it make me want to buy a iTouch damn >.< notice how boring is to traval ith out anything to do~~ my DSL is coming to its end of life, got a big crack at the centre of the cover may break anytime soon ;X.

Any way if you ever visit any game store in singapore you will notice my creation :D

A trip to hospital

2 weeks ago my mum could not walk at all,2 week later thing change 180*(=.=!) My mum finally have her Ops done on her leg. Now she can fly around the town ,however time to time will call back home for help.

Mission 1 get out of house to fetch her home

As alway singapore is a hot , was sweating while waiting for the lift.

Is was just 8 am in the morning and this is how bright the sun is .

Just finish wathing the first Eps, got a werid feeling while wwtching thi drama, more of feeling touch by it.

KDDI to release Japan's first solar-powered mobile phone

KDDI Corp., in cooperation with Okinawa Cellular Telephone Co., will release Japan's first solar-powered mobile phone as early as June, the companies said.

The waterproof phone, created by Sharp Corp., can be charged through a solar panel installed on the surface of the phone. About 10 minutes of sun will power the phone for about a minute of talk time and roughly two hours of stand-by time.

The price of the new phone has not been determined yet.

The amount of electricity used up by junk e-mail, or spam, and measures to fight against it reached some 33 billion kilowatt hours in 2008, research has shown.

The power use resulted in the emission of an estimated 17 million tons of carbon dioxide, according to the research, undertaken by U.S. energy consulting firm ICF International. The firm says that spam doesn't just cause financial damage, but also lowers productivity and has a serious negative impact on the environment.

The research was commissioned by American Internet security company McAfee, and the totals calculated from the volume of various kinds of Internet traffic over the course of 2008. The research showed that some 62 trillion junk e-mails were sent worldwide in 2008, eating up an estimated 33 billion kilowatt/hours of electrical power, equivalent to the average annual power consumption of about 9.2 million Japanese households.

About 52 percent of the total was used in deleting spam, while 27 percent was consumed during the process of checking if spam filters had recognized genuine e-mails as spam. The 17 million ton estimate assumes that the power required for sending and defending against spam was produced from fossil fuels, and is equivalent to 10 percent of annual CO2 emissions produced by Japanese households.

Further, assuming that it takes an average of three seconds for a person to notice and delete a junk e-mail, Internet users spent an estimated total of 104 billion hours deleting spam throughout 2008.
